This Dough recipe can be used for Pizza, Cheese puffs, or any kind of savory pastries
Ingredients
6cup Flour
2tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Yeast
1dash Salt
2.25cup Warm Water (The amount of water needed depends on the kind of flour you use)
0.5cup Vegetable Oil
2tbsp Powder Milk (Optional)
Optional add-on
1cup Fresh Thyme leaves (Give it a quick run by a knife and add to dry ingredients)
Instructions

Add all dry ingredients in a bowl

Add the half cup of oil, and fluff the mixture

Slowly add the water, you might not need all the amount, or you might need more. this will depend on the type of flour you have and the humidity in the air. You can use electric dough mixer or simply do it by hands. once the dough is all mixed it will be soft.

If the dough is sticky, fill your hands with flour and mix them.

prep a bowl, or use the same bowl, but add a little oil inside and then place the dough. add a touch of oil to the surface of the dough

Cover and let rise for about half hour to an hour.
